Do you charge a consultation fee and how it works?
Yes and No. We offer free consultations for spousal sponsorship and in-Canada refugee cases. We charge consultation fees from all other cases as per the regular Canadian legal practices. Consultation period is open (i.e till the end of all your questions). You will benefit of two 15-min follow-up calls to respond to any later-generated questions. Majority of consultations are conducted online.
Can you represent me in IRB refugee and family sponsorship refusal cases?
Yes, my legal accreditation allows me to submit and handle refugee cases and represent my clients in all IRB hearings sessions. It also covers the family sponsorship hearing sessions cases. We do a lot of refugee cases on a daily basis, and it represents a big percentage of our workload and clientele.

How long will it take to resolve my case?
Upon receiving all the requirements, our team is committed to finalizing your application submission process within 2-3 business days (mostly in one business day). The IRCC and IRB’s durations of legal proceeding vary depending on your case’ nature and complexity. We keep track of all our submitted applications and maintain a schedule for the regular follow-up scheme for all our submitted applications. We are proud that we respond to all IRCC & IRB requests within 2-3 business days maximum.

We receive your documents and information via email and whatsapp. Several electronic payment methods are active and available for you. We receive questions/enquiries through our website and other social media outlets. 99 % of our services can be fully done without requiring an in-person visit to our office.
